Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ ! Please note: All deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances. Deposits secure your appointment time and cannot be refunded due to cancellations or no-shows. Rescheduling: You may reschedule one time using the same deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit to book another appointment. Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled or shortened, and your deposit may be forfeited. • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Deposit is forfeited + 50% of the service price will be charged. • Same-day cancellations: Deposit is forfeited + 100% of the service price will be charged. • No-shows: Deposit is forfeited + 100% of the service price will be charged.
